Lovelo Creator Partner Agreement

As a Lovelo Creator Partner, your primary role is to identify, recruit, onboard, and support real creators in building and managing their AI clone on the Lovelo platform. You act as the bridge between the creator and Lovelo — guiding her through every step: discovery, registration, consent, clone setup, verification, approval, and ongoing growth. You are expected to support the creator after activation to help her succeed on the platform.

You are an independent freelance partner, not an employee of Lovelo. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, social security, insurance, equipment, and working schedule. Lovelo does not direct how, when, or where you perform your work, except for the monthly targets and promotion duties defined in this agreement.

Lovelo provides a monthly advance of $1,000, structured as a $500 base payment plus a $500 performance-linked split. This advance is conditional on a genuine commitment of 4 hours per day and a monthly target of 5 successful creators. The advance is an advance against future earned bonuses and commissions — it is not a guaranteed salary. If you do not meet your targets over a review period, the advance may be adjusted or discontinued.

A creator counts toward your target only after the full lifecycle is completed: (1) registration and onboarding, (2) signed consent, (3) clone setup, (4) Lovelo approval, and (5) platform activation. Creators who drop out, fail verification, reject consent, or do not activate do not count. Partially completed creators do not count until the entire process is finished.

For each successful creator you receive a one-time completion bonus: $200 for adult / nudity creators and $100 for non-nudity creators. The bonus is paid only after the creator stays active for 4 months OR reaches the required revenue threshold ($2,000 for nudity creators, $1,000 for non-nudity). Once a valid bonus has been paid, it is considered settled and cannot be deducted from your future income — unless there is proven fraud or abuse, in which case Lovelo may claw back the bonus.

You earn a 2% commission on platform revenue generated by creators you directly bring to Lovelo. A second tier of 1% commission becomes available, when approved by Lovelo, on creators indirectly referred through your network. Commissions are calculated on net platform revenue (after refunds and chargebacks) and paid out on the regular Lovelo payout schedule.

Commissions and bonuses apply only to creators who are genuinely new to Lovelo at the time you introduce them. Creators who are already registered, already in onboarding, or already in contact with Lovelo or another partner do not qualify. Lovelo determines new-creator status based on its records.

Every creator must personally, knowingly, and voluntarily approve her own consent, nudity choices, moderation settings, and advertising decisions. You may not consent on her behalf, may not pressure or manipulate her into any choice, and may not access or change her consent settings. Your role is to inform and guide, never to decide for the creator.

Any advertising, paid promotion, or use of a real person's name or likeness for an AI character requires Lovelo's prior written approval. You may not approve, launch, or run such campaigns independently. Unauthorized advertising or use of a real person's likeness may result in immediate termination and liability.

You may not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific income, traffic, exposure, approval, timeline, or success to creators or to any third party. All earnings depend on platform performance, audience, market factors, and the creator's own activity — none of which are within anyone's full control. You must present Lovelo honestly and set realistic expectations.

You are expected to actively promote Lovelo, engage with your creators, and help them grow their audience and revenue. This includes a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day of genuine work — outreach, onboarding support, creator guidance, and audience-building assistance. Passive or token engagement does not fulfill this duty.

Lovelo will provide you with reasonable access to platform data, creator onboarding status, and performance metrics relevant to your role, subject to confidentiality. Access may be limited or revoked if misused. You may not share access credentials or platform data with third parties.

You may not move, recruit, or redirect Lovelo creators to another platform, agency, AI cloning service, or private project — during this agreement and for 12 months after it ends. You may not solicit Lovelo's creators, partners, or staff for any competing venture. Circumventing Lovelo to capture value from its creators or network is a material breach.

You agree to keep confidential all Lovelo proprietary information, creator data, revenue figures, payout terms, business methods, roadmap, and internal communications. Confidentiality survives termination of this agreement. You may not use confidential information for any purpose outside your Lovelo partnership.

Fraud, fake accounts, inflated metrics, coordinated inauthentic activity, manipulation of the bonus or commission system, or any abuse of Lovelo's platform results in immediate termination, forfeiture of pending payments, and full liability for damages. Lovelo may also pursue legal action where applicable.

Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable written notice. Lovelo reviews partner performance monthly and may adjust the advance, change targets, or end the partnership if targets are repeatedly not met or if conduct violates this agreement. On termination, accrued but unpaid commissions and valid bonuses remain payable, subject to the terms here.

By confirming each statement below and submitting your details, you digitally accept this Lovelo Creator Partner Agreement with the same legal validity as a handwritten signature. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all 17 sections of this agreement.
